The Bird Exchange project links schools through an exchange of visual arts images.


The idea arose because of the birds born in Scotland each Spring who fly off to Africa in Autumn and return the next year to nest-build.


Here are some of the bird images made by school pupils for the project.

The birds on the right are from Acacia International School and Highlands Creative Academy, Livingstone, Zambia.

The birds below are from 10 year old pupils in Mulbuie Primary and six year old pupils in North Kessok primary, Black isle, Highland Scotland
